AMERICANA is opening this Friday, March 16, 2018

The third annual AMERICANA Exhibition will open at the Pennsylvania Center for Photography on March 16, 2018, with a public reception from 6-8 pm.  Over 225 photographs will be shown in the PCP’s signature combination of a traditional print exhibition and large screen digital shows. Entries have been received from 19 states and from as far away as Nairobi, Kenya.Join us for the opening of "AMERICANA - A Photographic Exhibition of a Nation" on Friday, March 16, 2018, 6 - 8pm at The Pennsylvania Center for Photography

The show represents the personal visions of America of over 150 photographers, including a special presentation by members of the South Jersey Camera Club, which won this year’s AMERICANA Camera Club Challenge. The exhibition includes a diverse range of subjects from rural and urban landscapes to portraits and protests to just about everything in-between.

The Pennsylvania Center for Photography is located at 181 E. Court St. in Doylestown. AMERICANA is free and will run from March 16 to April 8 with gallery hours on Fridays from 4:00-7:00 pm, Saturdays from 12:00-5:00 pm, and Sundays from 11:00 am- 3:00 pm.
